Spice Levels:

  • 0-2 stars: Basmati Rice, Brown Rice, Coconut Chutney, Quinoa, Upma
  • 3-4 stars: Chana Masala, Daal, Khichdi, Sambar
  • 5 stars: Rasam
  • Vegan, non-GMO, no preservatives
  • Brown rice, Quinoa, Coconut Chutney, Chana Masala, Daal, Sambar, and Rasam are gluten-free.
  • See individual dishes for nutritional information.
  • Mix the rasam, sambar, or daal with any grain packet for a delicious lunch or dinner.
  • Whatever soup you don't mix with rice will be a great snack or lunch dish.
  • Add chana masala as a side to any of your soups, upma, or khichdi.
  • Upma is perfect for breakfast. Add some extra flavor with sambar on the side.
  • Khichdi is perfect for any meal -- lunch, dinner, or even a snack. The turmeric and ginger give it a bit of a kick. Coconut chutney pairs great, as well.
  • Every product except for basmati rice, brown rice, and quinoa should be refrigerated or frozen at all times. Refrigerate for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • If you are freezing your packet, defrost it before cooking by refrigerating the packet for 2-3 hours first.
  • Store the grains in a dry, cool place for up to 1 year.
