The much awaited and asked for saucy dish is coming in hot to your kitchen. We collaborated with Sharada Rayan of Mother Tongue to bring her saag to life because it is so. damn. good.

Saag is one of the most popular Indian dishes e v e r. You'll find it at restaurants usually with paneer, or cheese cubes, mixed in and it's a staple at many North Indian households. Sharada's Saag recipe adds a little extra flair with sautéed onions in the mix and pops of spice and flavor in each bite. Saag is perfect alone or mixed with almost, literally anything.

As Saag is our first Limited Edition product, we can't wait to see the creations you come up with! You'll want to stock up on this bad boy, that much we can promise you 😉

Stovetop (Recommended) 🍳

1. Heat up over a medium flame until desired warmth.

2. For thicker consistency, simmer and cover the pot for 5-7 minutes.

Microwave 💡

1. Microwave for 90 seconds. Repeat until desired warmth.

Saag is made from fresh vegetables and spices, with absolutely no preservatives, dehydration, or vacuum sealing. AKA it's real!

🥶Keep in the fridge for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months.

Your entire order will ship to you in a recyclable box with compostable or recyclable liners and reusable ice packs to keep cold during the shipment. Since our products are 100% fresh, it's super important to keep them cool at all times. So, as soon as you receive them, please put your products in the fridge or freezer immediately! Each packet has a "made on" date and expiration info, too 😋
